  1. My e-cigarette isn’t working

Here is a checklist to help diagnose the problem:

Does the tip light up when drawing on it?
    Is the battery charged?
    Is the tip flashing?
Is there any fluid in the cartridge?
Do you get a burnt taste when drawing on it?

  2. The battery light is blinking.  What does that mean?

When the battery light is blinking it means one of two things.  1) You are drawing too long on it or 2) the battery needs to be charged.

  3. When I draw on the e-cigarette, I get a burnt taste

Don’t draw anymore!  This means that it’s out of nicotine fluid.  The fluid prevents the atomizer from burning out, like the oil in a car engine.  Refill or replace your cartridge.  Additionally you may want to put a single drop of liquid nicotine in the atomizer to prime it.  Then you are ready to go.

  4. When I draw quickly, I don’t get much smoke.  Why?

Regular cigarettes will produce more smoke if you inhale fast.  This is because you are drawing in more oxygen to feed the fire.  With the e-cigarettes you have a mini heater and if you draw slowly, it will have more time to vaporize the nicotine, and you will get a better head of simulated smoke.
