Certainly!  All of the components are available for sale on our site.

  2. Can I put ‘other’ things in it?

What you decide to do with your e-cigarette is your business.  It can succeed or fail.  But it will void the warrantee on it.

  3. Can I smoke too much of it?

Well, yes you could.  But you would have to be smoking it for 10 hours or more non-stop.  Hopefully you won’t have to go to that extreme to get your fix.  ;-D

  4. Can this help me quit smoking?

Since the FDA hasn’t approved this as a smoking cessation device, we aren’t able to say that it is.  But what we can tell you is that a high number of customers of ours have managed to sign off traditional cigarettes all together.  You can draw your own conclusions.

  5. Do you feel the ‘buzz’ with this?

Yes.  However, with regular cigarettes you get the rush of nicotine immediately.  That is because it’s on fire.  This is a nicotine vapor and you’ll feel it about 10 to 15 seconds after you inhale.

  6. Do you have accessories for my e-cigarette?

Certainly!  Extra batteries, atomizers, carrying cases, car chargers, house chargers and more!  All available here!

  7. How do I charge the battery?  How long does it take?  How long does it last?

Simply unscrew the battery from the atomizer and screw it into the charger.  There is an LED light to indicate its state of charge.  If the light is red, it needs to charge.  If it’s red/amber it’s in progress of charging.  If the light is green, it is fully charged.  Please note that the first time you charge the battery, you should charge it for NO LESS than EIGHT hours.  You will get a false positive the first time, (you’ll have a green light after three hours.  Ignore it and let it have the full eight hours.)

On the USB charger, it’s a blue light instead of green.  And remember that your computer has to be ON for the battery to be charging!

The battery lasts about a day (or 1.5 cartridges) before needing recharging.  The total battery life is about one year before needing replacing.

  8. How do I fill the Cartridges?

    For the Smoking Everywhere models:
       Remove the cartridge.
Push out the reservoir with a paperclip inserted in the little hole at the back.
Push the eyedropper into the reservoir between the plastic and the sponge.
Fill it from the bottom up till the sponge is amber and wet.  Don’t over fill it or it may spill out.
Put the reservoir back into the cartridge with the sponge side facing outwards.
Replace the cartridge on to the e-cigarette or push in the rubber stopper for later use.

    For other models:
       Remove the cartridge.
Push the eyedropper into the reservoir between the plastic and the sponge.
Fill it from the bottom up till the sponge is amber and wet.  Don’t over fill it or it may spill out.
Replace the cartridge on to the e-cigarette or put on the plastic cover for later use.

  9. How does this work?

The e-cigarette has three basic components: the battery, the atomizer and the nicotine cartridge.  When you inhale on it, there is a micro-switch in the battery that activates.  This heats up the atomizer to vaporize the nicotine that you inhale.  In a sense, it’s a mini vaporizer in the form of a cigarette.

  10. How long has this been around?

This technology has been in circulation since about 2006.  It’s common place in the United Kingdom.  It has started to circulate in the US at around October of 2008.

  11. How many flavors do you have?

Currently we have over 100 different flavors in high, medium, low or no nicotine levels.  They are exclusive to us.

  12. How much is in a cartridge?

Each cartridge is equivalent to about one pack of twenty cigarettes.  Each refill bottle of nicotine is equivalent to about two cartons of cigarettes.  That’s twenty packs!!

How do I regulate the amount of nicotine?

You can purchase the refill bottles and cartridges in high, medium, low and no nicotine levels.

  13. How old do I have to be to buy this?

We sell this to adults that are 19 years old or older.  If a parent decides to buy it for their son or daughter, this is acceptable too, as long as the parent (who is 19 years old or more), who is doing the purchase.

  14. I got some of the nicotine fluid in my mouth.  Is that bad?

It happens sometimes that the fluid gets spilled in transport or while you are filling it.  It won’t hurt if you get a little in your mouth.  But if it does happen, simply clean up the spillage with a paper towel and possibly a Q-Tip.

  15. I’m pregnant.  Can I use this product?

Nicotine or caffeine is not recommended in any form for pregnant or nursing women.

  16. I’ve been seeing some negative news reports about this.

The question you have to ask is, “Who is funding this?”  Follow the money trail and you will probably end up at the Tobacco Company.  Because, ultimately, this is taking away their direct customers.  They don’t want this at all.  With smoking on the decline and all the smoking laws, they are loosing millions a year.  And when it comes to the government, since this isn’t taxable as a tobacco product, they are loosing money too.  We encourage you to do your own research on this.

  17. If it has nicotine but doesn’t come from tobacco plants, where does it come from?

Most people are unaware that nicotine occurs in other plants than tobacco.  In this case tomato plants are used to make the liquid nicotine.

  18. Is there a warrantee on this?

There is a 30-day warrantee on our products from the time of purchase.

  19. Is there any negative health effects?

No.  There are positive ones however, like having more energy, not coughing up a lung in the morning, not reeking of tobacco smell, not yellowing your teeth to name a few.

  20. Is this FDA approved?

This is not approved by the Food And Drug administration as a smoke cessation device.  But it’s not disapproved ether.  The elements used in it like propylene glycol *is* approved by the FDA.

  21. Isn’t nicotine bad for you?

Nicotine is a stimulant like caffeine.  Both increase your heart rate and both have addictive properties.  If you have 2 cups of coffee a day, you should be fine.  If you have twelve or more, you will probably be jittery and nervous like a chiwawa!   So don’t over do it and you’ll be fine.

Since it isn’t on fire, it isn’t a fire hazard ether.

  22. It seems expensive to buy.  Is it worth it?

Now it may seem expensive on the surface, but if you see what comes with each unit, you can see that it’s priced fairly.  The refills let you smoke healthier at about $1.50 per pack of smokes (per cartridge).  And let’s not forget, you can’t put a price on your health.

  23. It seems like there is allot of maintenance on this.

Yes there is more maintenance needed for this than regular cigarettes… But it’s less maintenance than an oxygen machine or Kimo therapy.

  24. My atomizer isn’t working.  Can it be rehabilitated?

In some cases it can.  I suggest contacting us to decide the best course of action for your e-cigarette.

  25. What is that ‘smoke’ I see you blowing out?

That actually isn’t smoke.  It’s a water vapor that behaves similar to tobacco smoke, except that it is almost odorless, it dissipates in seconds and it doesn’t have any second hand smoke.

  26. What is the electronic cigarette?

The electronic cigarette is a healthier alternative to traditional cigarettes.  It gives the user nicotine (if desired), without any tar, carcinogens or chemicals that are commonly in regular cigarettes.  So there is no risk of lung cancer, emphysema or other tobacco related illnesses.

  27. What other devices do you have?

We have the commonly known electronic cigarette, but we also have electronic cigars and pipes too!  We even have disposable cigarettes and cigars as well!

  28. Where can I use it?

In a word, anywhere.  Since there is no secondhand smoke and it doesn’t use any part of the tobacco plant, tobacco laws don’t apply.  It’s almost sure that people will ask you questions though.  Like, “What is that?” or, “You aren’t allowed to smoke here”.  But once you explain that it isn’t a typical cigarette and there is no secondhand smoke, they will often just leave it at that or ask you where they can get one.  You can simply direct them to this web site in that case.

Remember, an individual establishment has the right to tell you not to use it there.  If you go to the movies with a huge hat, they have the right to ask you to take it off.  Same concept applies here.

  29. Why are there so many different cigarettes?

They all perform the same basic function, but there are different styles to suit different personalities.

  30. Will my breath & clothes stink of smoke?

Not at all!  It leaves no lingering smoke or odor.
